MRG HOMES LTD provides reliable shipping services for Welcome Packs and home essentials across the United Kingdom and selected European destinations.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

We currently deliver throughout:

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

Europe: 4–10 business days

Delivery estimates are guidelines only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures and courier services.

Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing or peak seasonal demand are outside the control of MRG HOMES LTD.

Free Shipping: Available across the United Kingdom and selected European destinations on all qualifying orders over £50.

For orders below £50, a standard shipping fee of £5.26 will apply at checkout.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on the final order value and delivery destination.

Additional customs duties or import charges for certain European destinations, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is provided for most shipments after dispatch confirmation.

Customers will receive shipping updates by email where available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate before placing an order.
