Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard UK shipping on qualifying orders over £50.

Shipping costs for smaller UK orders are calculated during checkout.

European deliveries are available at a flat international shipping rate of £5.26.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
Delivery estimates may occasionally vary during holiday periods, severe weather conditions or courier disruptions.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details are provided for most shipments after dispatch confirmation.

Customers will receive shipping updates by email where available.

Can I send a Welcome Pack directly to a tenant or guest?

Absolutely. Customers may provide an alternative delivery address during checkout for direct delivery to tenants, guests or clients.

Do you offer business or bulk orders?

Yes. MRG HOMES LTD works with landlords, property managers and accommodation providers requiring larger order quantities.

For bulk enquiries or recurring supply arrangements, please contact our support team directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We securely accept major debit and credit cards through Stripe.

Payments are encrypted and processed securely to help protect customer information.

MRG HOMES LTD does not store full payment card information on its servers.

Can I return my order?

Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must remain in original packaging and resalable condition.

Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal care products
  • Toiletries
  • Consumable items
  • Opened aromatherapy products
  • Used fabrics or slippers

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after returned items are received and inspected.

Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographs of affected items and packaging

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation has been issued.
