MRG HOMES LTD aims to provide high-quality Welcome Packs and home essentials with transparent and fair return procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal care products
  • Toiletries
  • Consumable items
  • Used fabrics or slippers
  • Opened aromatherapy products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of affected items and packaging

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund Time: Typically processed within 3–7 business days after returned items have been received and inspected.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was supplied incorrectly or confirmed as faulty.
